The 30-acre Cambridge Beaches is a cottage colony resort situated on its own private peninsula, minutes away from the Royal Naval Dockyard and Somerset Village. The property's amenities include 4 private beaches, freshwater indoor and outdoor pools, three tennis courts, putting green, croquet, Ocean Spa (with a menu of 50 spa services, fitness room, whirlpools, Experience Suites, which include Aroma Steam Room, Herbal Sauna, Crystal Mist Room & Rainfall Shower) and restaurants & bars. Tamarisk Room offers fine dining and an outer terrace, Breezes is a beachside restaurant with alfresco dining and all new Shutters restaurant offers casual al fresco dining around the new infinity pool. The hotel's marina offers water equipment and boats for rent, including motor and sail boats, kayaks, snorkel gear and fishing equipment. Scuba diving and instructions can be arranged (off property). Cambridge Beaches offers a complimentary ferry to Hamilton for shopping and sightseeing that leaves right from their private dock several times a week based on seasonality. All rooms feature private bathrooms, private terraces or patios, pay-per-view movies, high-speed Internet access, small refrigerators, toiletries, telephones, radios/CD Players, safes, robes, hairdryers, toasters, irons and stationary. Child Age Requirements - Effective Jan 19, 2009: The minimum age requirement for children is 16 years old years old with the exception of the following holiday time periods. Children 5-15 are welcome with their parents from April 5, 2009 - April 19, 2009; and November 1, 2009 - January 15, 2010. There is a charge for children 5 - 11 and children 12 and up charged as adults. Check in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am.
