Wear Bella's Twilight Wedding Dress!
August 16th, 2011
by Jessica Olama
Exciting news, Twi-hard brides! First, the engagement ring Edward used to propose to Bella in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse became available to the masses (in either genuine or fashion versions), and now, a popular bridal designer is going one step further by manufacturing Bella’s wedding gown for the most devoted Twilight fans.
While Kristen Stewart will don a Caroline Herrera wedding gown on-screen as Bella in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1, Alfred Angelo has been tapped to recreate and manufacture the gown following the movie’s November 18, 2011, release. The dress — available in sizes 0 to 30W — will be sold under the Twilight Bridal by Alfred Angelo line in Alfred Angelo Signature Stores and independent retailers worldwide.
The design is being kept under wraps until the movie’s release, but as Twilight book readers might remember, Bella’s gown is described as an early 1900s design. What do you think it will look like? Would you wear the dress to your wedding?
