Take a Bachelorette-style Tahiti Honeymoon
July 16th, 2010
by Susan Moynihan
Yes, I’ll admit it — I follow The Bachelorette. Not that I actually watch it every week — I’m more of a “tune in when it gets juicy according to US Weekly” kinda viewer. But I’m totally watching next week’s episode, airing on Monday July 19. Why? Ali is taking the guys to one of my favorite places: Le Taha’a Resort & Spa in French Polynesia! Few places are more romantic than a private-island resort in Tahiti — the water there is absolutely unreal, as is the view of neighboring Bora Bora. But for me, Le Taha’a has special meaning: This is the first place I ever stayed in an overwater bungalow, and yes, the experience is amazing as it sounds.

For all those couples that fall in love with it on The Bachelorette, the resort is offering a special Bachelorette Package. You’ll get four nights in an overwater bungalow, complimentary breakfasts, two romantic dinners (one served on your suite’s terrace), a couples’ massage and more, all for 265,050xpf (about $2,650 in U.S. dollars).
P.S. Chris, if it doesn’t work out for you and Ali, maybe you and I can go sometime?

PS- Is anyone else disappointed with this most reason season of The Bachelor?
