We’ll admit it – we’re a bit excited about the upcoming Royal Wedding. It’s hard not to be, with all of the planning coverage, guest list rumors, honeymoon ideas and speculation on who will design Kate’s sure-to-be-breathtaking dress (we’ll blog about the rumors we’ve heard in the next couple of weeks).

And we’re not the only ones excited. The mixologists from The London Bar at midtown Manhattan’s posh London NYC hotel have concocted the Windsor Knot – a tasty Chambord cocktail perfect for toasting to the wedding – and they’ve generously shared the recipe with us!
