A Fairy-tale Wedding — Literally!

Shrek isn’t just for kids.

After friends told Welsh couple Tracey and Vivian Williams that they resemble Shrek and Fiona, they decided to take it to the next level. For their wedding, they painted themselves green and applied fake ears; instead of formal wedding attire, they opted for Far Far Away-esque frocks.

But the fun didn’t stop there. The best man dressed up as Monsieur Hood, the bride’s father as evil Lord Farquaad, and the bride’s mother as the Fairy Godmother.

Having our own unique do? Send us some pics! We love brides who think outside the box.

And while you don’t have to paint yourself green to add some vava vooom to your look, you can always add some fun to your nail color — specially since OPI just launched the new Shrek Forever After collection featuring wild colors like Ogre-the-Top Blue (a bright blue number), Rumple’s Wiggin (a girly purple) and Who the Shrek Are You? (a lovely green).

Want to rock some crazy colors on your big day (or maybe just your honeymoon)? Check out opi.com for locations near you.
