About the Contest
Photographers submitted their entries online for The Look of Love Wedding Photography Contest, sponsored by American Photo, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons and Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI). The judging panel was made up of top wedding photographers Jim Garner, Kevin Kubota, Tony Corbell, Bambi Cantrell and Doug Gordon, along with American Photo photo editor Chelsea Stickel and DWH photo editor Diane Rice. The DWH grand-prize winner received a five-night, all-inclusive trip for two to Cancun Palace resort, in Cancun, Mexico. All winners received free registration for the 2011 WPPI Convention, image-editing products from Nik Software, a Lensbaby composer lens and instructional DVDs from some of the judges.
